Standard builds the cost into the spread with no separate commission. Raw Spread gives you tighter underlying pricing and charges a fixed commission per lot instead. Which works out cheaper depends on how often and how large you trade.
Positions held overnight are not charged or credited swap interest. This suits traders who cannot pay or receive interest for religious reasons, or who simply prefer not to carry swap costs.
