1. Who controls your data
Veltonmarkets Global LTD., trading as Velton Markets, registered in Saint Lucia under company number 2026-00672 at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia, is the data controller for the personal information described here. 2. What we collect

3. Why we are allowed to use it
- Contract — we cannot open or operate your account without it.

- Consent — analytics cookies and marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies
We set essential cookies needed for the site to function. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and your choice is stored for six months. You can change it at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- Payment and settlement providers processing your deposits and withdrawals
- Identity verification providers performing KYC checks
- Our liquidity and execution partners, to the extent required to execute your trades
- Regulators, law enforcement and courts where we are legally required to disclose
- Technology suppliers hosting or maintaining our systems, under contract
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Where it is stored
We store your personal data on servers in the European Union (France). Some of our service providers, including payment providers and identity verification providers, process data in other countries. Where your data is transferred outside the country where you live, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it, and we share only the information each provider needs to deliver its service.
7. How long we keep it
We retain account and transaction records for seven years and then delete or anonymise them. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
8. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Transfer your data to another provider in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time
